Moments worth sharing

Boston Rhythmic has been an incredible experience for my daughter, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment she started, she genuinely fell in love with the program. Every class is something she looks forward to, and that alone says a lot. What really stands out to me is the growth I’ve been able to see in her. Not just in her movements though her coordination, flexibility, and overall technique have improved tremendously but in her confidence as well. She carries herself differently now. There’s a sense of pride and belief in herself that continues to grow with each class. The coaches do a great job creating an environment that’s both structured and encouraging. They push the kids to improve while still making it fun, and that balance has made a huge difference. My daughter feels supported, challenged, and excited to keep getting better. As a parent, it’s rewarding to watch her develop not just as an athlete, but as a person. Boston Rhythmic has played a big role in that, and I’m grateful for everything they’re doing.

We started this summer and, so far, we love Boston Rhythmic. My girls enjoy the classes and even practice their skills at home. The teachers at Boston Rhythmic discipline the kids very well, from how they watch and respect other kids when they are presenting to how they learn to be responsible for themselves. I am very impressed with how the coaches balance structure and fun. They are kind, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. Communication with coaches and administration stuff has been smooth, and the facility is clean and well-organized. Overall, I’m grateful we found Boston Rhythmic and highly recommend it to any family looking for a positive, growth-focused environment for their kids.

Our six-year-old loves her XCel classes at Waltham. She practices her routines at home and takes immense joy in showing off her new moves. She also brought the gym classes home and offer parents some workout suggestions, most of which are beyond our capacity. The community is energetic! Coaches (our instructor is Vlada) are very creative and caring. The management team is excellent. The location at Waltham has its own charm. This place used to be a movie theatre. It was recently converted to a gymnastics studio. There are multiple options for busy working parents to run errands or to work while waiting. Highly recommend!

My daughter started taking classes here when she was two and it has been such an incredible journey watching her grow and develop a passion for rhythmic gymnastics. In turn, we cannot thank Boston Rhythmic enough for everything that they’ve done over the past 3 years! This is a community of highly talented individuals who know how to make things fun for the kids while providing top notch training. The owner and coaches have all been so welcoming that our daughter always feels comfortable in the environment and ready to learn more. She has also fallen in love with their summer camp where they practice rhythmic gymnastics, aerial and also take trips to the pool and ice cream shop. Watching our daughter develop a sense of confidence and commitment to something that she loves is so amazing and this is all thanks to Boston Rhythmic!! We highly recommend!!

Really impressive studio. We were able to try a class. This isn’t acrobatics gymnastic so it’s different than what we’re used to seeing and I wish I knew about the this program when my daughter was younger so she could have started earlier. We’re now trying to find the right fit for her and the staff is very patient in working with us to see if we can find the right fit. Speaking with the employee at the Waltham location I got the sense that they have wonderful staff and a strong community around the teams and take the sport very seriously with really strong coaches. The students I saw were super talented and you could tell have put in a lot of hard work and dedication to their sport because they were doing beautiful choreography. This type of gymnastics incorporates dance and artistic expression which is such beautiful artistry. I can’t give a review on the classes since we haven’t been able to join but I think it’s worth a try and sure do hope we can find a class that works for us. I am absolutely blown away by the Boston rhythmic gymnastics school my daughter has been attending! The coaches are not only highly skilled and experienced but also passionate about sharing their love of the sport with their students. My daughter has made tremendous progress in her technique and artistry, and her confidence has soared. The school's emphasis on both technical skill and artistic expression has helped my daughter develop a deep appreciation for the sport. The performances and competitions are always well-organized and a highlight of the year. The Facility is clean, safe and well maintained. I highly recommend this rhythmic gymnastics school to anyone looking for a nurturing and expert environment for their child to grow and thrive in this beautiful sport. The dedication, patience, and expertise of the coaches are truly exceptional – we're so grateful to have found this school!

My daughter attends Boston Rhythmic in Waltham. The staff here are simply outstanding. They are professionals with true expertise in rhythmic gymnastics, and the kids make real progress, even on a week-to-week basis. At the same time, they care deeply about the individual child — everyone seems to know everyone — and they understand each child’s goals and are willing to go the extra mile (or many!) to make those a reality. I am so impressed by this whole team! My daughter can’t wait to go to practice and camp.

Highly recommend the team at Boston Rhythmic-Hyde Park! My 4yo has loved their child-friendly coach (way to go, Coach Kimmy) who has enormous patience, energy, and adaptability given the wide variety of attention, language, and communication levels within the class. It seems they are learning some foundational gymnastics skills but most importantly this age group is having fun, building social skills, following instructions, getting their body moving. I love the set uniform that eliminates the distraction of jealousy/admiration of a fellow student's leotard. We will certainly continue with Boston Rhythmic as long as my child is interested! It's quite impressive to see what the older students are capable of accomplishing when they are finishing up practice right before the 3-4y class begins.

My daughters have been attending the summer camp at Boston Rhythmic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience! The staff is incredibly professional and caring, ensuring that each child is engaged and having fun. The facilities are top-notch, providing a safe and welcoming environment for the kids to learn and grow. Every Friday, parents are invited to watch a performance showcasing the skills the kids have learned throughout the week. It’s a joy to see the progress and confidence in my daughters as they take the stage. The extended day program from Monday to Thursday is also a great addition, giving parents flexibility while keeping the kids entertained and productive. The team at Boston Rhythmic truly goes above and beyond to make every child feel special and supported. I was looking for a weekend activity for my 6 year old boy and found this place on google. I received helpful text messages from the CEO about class availabilities. I made a mistake signing up for a wrong class on website and she quickly corrected for me. My kid likes to talk back a lot at grownups but the instructor, Michael was very kind and firm with him to follow the class instructions. In one session my kid went from not knowing how to do any movements to being able to roll like a roly-poly. The class is located at the back of the first floor in the cinema building, which was a bit confusing for the first time, but we met Michael in the lobby who escorted us. I would recommend this class to every family, my kid was tired but was happy to go back again.

I've been attending the adult rhythmic gymnastics classes at Boston Rhythmic for a few months now, and it's been an incredible experience. If you're looking for a unique way to stay fit, this is definitely worth trying.The classes are excellent for improving strength, flexibility, and coordination. Each session is well-structured, and I've seen noticeable improvements in my fitness and agility. It's a refreshing change from the usual gym routine. The instructors are passionate and supportive, creating a welcoming environment that makes every class enjoyable. The sense of community among participants is also wonderful – it's easy to feel comfortable and motivated, regardless of your skill level. What I love most is how much fun it is. It's a fantastic workout that you actually look forward to, and it keeps exercise from becoming monotonous. Boston Rhythmic is a fantastic school! If you had asked me two years ago if my daughter would be performing solo in front of an audience, I would not have believed you. The teachers and all the staff at Boston Rhythmic are incredible, and as a result, my daughter has become so much more confident. Their summer camps are excellent, and their mini day camps are a lifesaver when schools are closed. I highly recommend Boston Rhythmic to any parent looking for a supportive and nurturing environment for their child.

My daughter loves it here and so do I. I was looking for a serious and fun school for rhythmic, that can challenge kids at all levels and keeps them focused without having to be competitive. The instructors are really supportive, highly qualified and professional. They have tons of patience and make sure every child gets a chance to learn and improve. They have competitive team and all the other levels. After many bad experiences at other gymnastic schools, wasting money watching my daughter acting like this was a play date without learning anything, we finally found a fantastic place! Thank you!

We take our daughter to the “Mommy and Me” class and we couldn’t be more pleased! Coach Kyla is an incredible coach who is not only a skillful gymnast herself but also an outstanding coach! It is immediately apparent that she’s able to gauge the students well and to tailor class on-the-go! Not only is Coach Kyla introducing the kids to the fundamental conditioning exercises and drills needed for Rhythmic gymnastics, she does so in a way that keeps it engaging and enjoyable for them. The class is great and Coach herself is a credit to Boston Rhythmic! It’s so hard to find a coach who “gets” how to teach younger students; thank you Boston Rhythmic and Coach Kyla! We’re so thankful to have found you guys!

My 2 year old son loves his gymnastics class. It gets his energy out and his gross motor skills are improving. He's even independently "practiced" skills at home. After all, who doesn't like to tumble and jump? I love that his classmates are from a very diverse background. My only complaint is that sometimes the class is overcrowded with kids doing make-up class and they don't give the instructor an assistant when this happens. If there are more than 6 toddlers in the room it turns into a circus and the kids loose their attention. Thankfully his instructor is extremely patient.

From our summer camp experience, it’s an amazing place for beginners and experienced gymnasts alike. Our daughter is 7 year old, and she needed more confidence day to day. We wanted to find a program that had a good balance of structured and unstructured activities. We wanted her to have lots of fun not just socially, but also grow in skill and confidence as an individual who was wanting to be more independent. For beginners, it’s a place with supportive coaches and staff who are no all about competition. They keep it fun, but again, your child will grow here—mentally and physically (and even nutritionally for us), and you will see that quite quickly. For the more experienced and serious gymnasts, they have amazing coaches who were world class gymnasts. It’s a great place to be, and we are really looking forward to Fall classes and seeing our daughter continue to grow here. A shoutout to Smaranda (owner and CEO) who is so in touch and connected with her people (the kids, coaches, and staff). Another shoutout to Kyla and Lauren, who were amazing in keeping an open line of communication to help support my daughter throughout the summer!

My daughter enjoys dancing but didn’t like ballet. So we were thrilled to find rhythmic gymnastics, which is the perfect combo of dance, flexibility, and artistic flair! Boston Rhythmic is excellent at what they do; the experience the coaches have in this sport is impressive and their combined competition experience is a big advantage. It’s clear that they are passionate about their sport and thoroughly enjoy raising up the next generation of Olympic-quality Rhythmic Gymnasts. They are caring and attentive to the needs of individual kids, and responsive to parents’ questions and input.
